Booking policy
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made less than 72 hours, booking fee will be forfeited.
Due to unforseen cancellations under 72 hours, 50% of the forfeited booking fee may be applied to future completed procedures.
At time of booking, a nonrefunable booking fee of $200 for appt will be assessed.
Booking fees will be applied toward costs of services.
